Refunds

Ticket purchases have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is made less than 30 days before the event. Once the 30 days are up, no changes can be made to the tickets, and there will be no refunds.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. However, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent to IEDC-Bled School of Management immediately, at least 30 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.

Please note that when canceling your purchase, your access to our other Products and Services provided within the same purchase will automatically be terminated

VAT

22% VAT is always added to the invoice according to the current local VAT legislation of the seller.

Order Confirmation
